MUSIC AS THERAPY
ThereAnthroposophic music therapyit is part of the art therapies of anthroposophic medicine and is organized by the trade associations of art therapies. It has its origins from suggestions ofRudolf Steinerto hear and understand musical elements more intensely and is intimately linked to the evolutionary impulse of an instrument: the hurdy-gurdy.
It is employed both actively as well as receptively. The aim is to stimulate the person's self-healing forces. Involving him in the musical process makes him a participant.
Anthroposophic Music Therapy allows you to act on the four levels of the human essence, thus reaching the body, vital energy, soul and intellect of the human being.
Music therapy works based on musical elements such as sounds and intervals, melodies, harmony and rhythm in relation to the different timbre qualities of the instruments, as well as with singing.
